01 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using BFlow Pro, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

02 Use of the App

BFlow Pro is designed to help manage entries, sales, customers, suppliers, and basic business records. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data entered.

03 Data Responsibility

All data is stored locally on your device or within your personal iCloud account if enabled. BFlow Pro is not responsible for data loss due to device issues, deletion, or iCloud changes.

If you grant access to your Contacts, you confirm that you have the right to store and use that information for business purposes. BFlow Pro uses contact information only to help manage customers and suppliers and does not upload or share this data with any external server.

04 No Warranty

BFlow Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

05 Limitation of Liability

BFlow Pro and its developer shall not be liable for any financial loss, data loss, business loss, tax miscalculation, invoice disputes, or damages arising from the use of the app.

06 Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.

07 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

08 Subscriptions (BFlow Pro)

BFlow Pro offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("BFlow Pro Monthly" and "BFlow Pro Yearly") that unlock premium features such as advanced reports, PDF export, backup & restore, branding, and security options.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

All billing, renewal, and refund handling is managed by Apple through the App Store.

09 User Responsibility & Indemnification

You use BFlow Pro entirely at your own risk. The app is provided as a productivity and record-keeping tool only and does not provide legal, financial, accounting, or tax advice.

You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including taxation, invoicing, and data protection regulations in your region.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer of BFlow Pro from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the app, your data, or your business activities.

10 Demonstration Data, Screenshots & Sample Content

All content shown in App Store screenshots, app previews, promotional material, onboarding screens, help content, and any demonstration or sample content within BFlow Pro is illustrative. Identifying details such as names, phone numbers, addresses and tax registration numbers are redacted, and all prices, balances and figures are invented. No screenshot or promotional image contains, or is derived from, the business data of any BFlow Pro user.

Sample figures are not representative of actual, typical, or expected results. No earnings, revenue, profit, or business outcome is promised, guaranteed, or implied by any illustrative content.

Any third-party product or brand names appearing in illustrative examples remain the property of their respective owners. Such references are descriptive only and do not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those owners.
