01 Introduction

BFlow Pro respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use the BFlow Pro app.

02 Data Collection

BFlow Pro does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.

All business data you enter — such as sales, items, entries, invoices, branding, and settings — is stored locally on your device, or within your personal iCloud account if iCloud backup is enabled.

If you grant permission, BFlow Pro may access your device Contacts to help manage customers and suppliers. Contact information is used only inside the app and is never uploaded, shared, sold, or transmitted to any external server.

03 Use of Data

Your data is used solely to provide app functionality such as tracking entries, managing customers and suppliers, generating invoices, producing reports, and enabling backups.

BFlow Pro does not analyze, track, share, sell, or monetize your data.

04 Data Security

You are responsible for securing your device and Apple ID. BFlow Pro does not have access to your data and cannot recover it if deleted or lost.

05 Apple Services

BFlow Pro uses Apple system services such as iCloud (for optional backup), StoreKit (for in-app purchases and subscriptions), and Face ID / Touch ID (if enabled by the user).

No third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, trackers, or data brokers are used.

06 iCloud Usage

If iCloud Backup is enabled on your device, your data may be stored in your personal iCloud account. This data is encrypted and managed by Apple according to Apple's privacy policies.

07 Screenshots & Demonstration Data

Screenshots, app previews, and promotional images for BFlow Pro use demonstration data created solely for that purpose. Identifying details such as names, phone numbers and business addresses are redacted, and all figures are invented — none of it belongs to any real person or business.

Because your data is stored only on your own device and, if enabled, your personal iCloud account, we have no technical ability to access it — for marketing, screenshots, or any other purpose.

08 Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the app and will take effect immediately upon publication.
